Guesthouse in Tulum, QROO

Great service, me and my wife came to tulum for our honeymoon and Villas Akalan went above and beyond. They gave us a great room and amenities (wine, chocolates, cheese , flowers). My wife was very happy with this. Totally recommend this place, the receptionist is amazing and very helpful!

Great pool, room and staff! My only complaint is that you get about 1 minute and 30 seconds of hot water in the shower per day.

We stayed here for 10 nights, originally we were booked for 7 but decided to extend. All of the staff were lovely and very helpful. Housekeeping came every other day. The pool was so nice, mostly we had it to ourselves. The apartment was big, good aircon in the bedrooms. Loads of different outside places to sit, including a full roof terrace which was amazing. WiFi dropped out quite a bit on a night and the water temperature was a bit inconsistent but very minor issues. We loved our stay here.
